POLYPROPYLENE SHEETS HOMOPOLYMER PP-H
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC AND USE
PP-H sheets are produced of polypropylene homopolymer, which is harmless to health and can be used for touch with food-stuffs. It is possibile to produce the sheets in colour design respectively with UV stabilizer. However, this has practically less importance, because the sheets are to be used for interior applications. PP-H sheets have in distinction from PP-B sheets greater strenght, stiffness but smaller impact resistance at temperature under zero point. From sheets can be produced angular vessels, air pipelines, various self-supporting products of parts of technological appliances. Chemical resistance is very good.
When designing and producing it is necessary to follow the basic characteristic of material behaviour while loading and long-term use.
The sheets can be protected by means of protective foil to prevent scratches on the surface, they can be provided with pattern as well. |

12. Graphite and Carbon Felt
Wealson offers carbon and graphite felts in a variety of widths and thicknesses to meet a wide range of applications. These products are easy to cut and install. The felts can be sewn in place using carbon cordage. Felt material is generally used as thermal insulation in inert and vacuum furnaces. For special applications, this felt is available with graphite coatings which will reduce the permeability of the felt and improve its resistance to erosion.

7. PTFE Gasket

PTFE gaskets are excellent in applications involving solvents,corrosive chemicals and high temperatures.
There are different types of PTFE gaskets for each particular sealing application: ring, full face, flange and envelope gaskets.
A PTFE envelope gasket is a gasket that is split or machined from the outside diameter wall to 1/16 of an inch from the inside diameter. Envelope gaskets can be supplied slit/v-type or milled/square cut with or with out a filler.
A ring gasket has a thickness, inside and outside dimension.
A full face gasket has a thickness, inside and outside dimension along with bolt holes.
A flange gasket is primarily the same as a full face without the bolt holes.
